From the document with error screen:
Go to the "details" of the document.
Click on "Report error".
Select the reason and, if you want, give more details about the error, the more information the better!
Click on "Report error".
Once the error has been sent, you will receive an automatic message via the support chat. Through the chat, you will be able to resolve any questions with the support team or expand on the information provided in relation to the error.
💭 The products you see in haddock are generated from the details of the scanned documents. In order to have a good product database, it is important to have verified detail information.
