Create purchase incidents

We tell you how to control the incidences of your purchases from suppliers.

You can add or create incidents of your purchases during the document upload or when the document is already scanned.

Create incidents when uploading documents

  1. Upload a document. Do you have any doubts? We tell you how in this article

  2. Select the reason for the incident

  3. Write the description (Optional)


When the document is already digitalised

  1. Open the document to which you want to add the incident

  2. Click on "add incident" (selected in the first image)

  3. Select the reason (second image)

  4. (Optional) Add a description for the other people in the team who have more information.


Created issues

On the issues page you can see who created the issue, its status, add extra comments and, once it is solved, mark it as solved:
